  • 5 lbs Yellow Onions, diced
  • 4 lbs Bell Peppers, assorted colors
  • 2 lbs Carrots , diced
  • 2 lbs Celery , diced
  • 10 Garlic cloves , minced
  • 5 lbs Sweet Potatoes, cubed
  • 2 lbs Broccoli florets
  • 3 lbs Zucchini , sliced
  • 4 cans (15oz) Black Beans
  • 6 cans (15oz) Fire-roasted Diced Tomatoes
  • 5 lbs Brown Rice or Quinoa
  • 2 lbs Pasta (Shells or Penne)
  • 1 lb Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 lbs Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 bottle Soy Sauce
  • 1 bottle Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 bottle Buffalo Sauce

Method
 

  1. Select Recipe 1: 30-Minute Turkey Skillet. Brown 1lb turkey with turmeric and salt. Add broccoli, carrots, and coconut aminos. Cover and steam 8 minutes.
  2. Select Recipe 2: Sweet Potato Skillet. Sauté 1lb turkey with garlic and onion. Add cubed sweet potatoes and peppers. Cook covered for 17 minutes until tender.
