Ingredients

  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups full -fat Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 6-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the sweetened condensed milk and Greek yogurt together until the texture is perfectly smooth and no lumps remain.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared springform pan and tap the pan against the counter to release any trapped air bubbles.
  4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the edges are firm and slightly golden, while the center maintains a slight jiggle.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool at room temperature for approximately 1 hour.
  6. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for a minimum of 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the structure to set fully before slicing.
