Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices whole -grain or sourdough bread
  • 1.5 cups small -curd cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Everything Bagel seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chives, sliced
  • 4 cherry tomatoes , sliced
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze
  • 2 fresh basil leaves, chiffonade
  • 0.25 English cucumber , thinly sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon hone y
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 cup fresh strawberries or blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon fresh mint leaves
  • 0.25 avocado , sliced
  • 0.25 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Toast all bread slices in a toaster or oven until golden brown and firm.
  2. Spread 0.25 cup of cottage cheese evenly over each slice of toasted bread.
  3. For the Savory Bagel slice: Sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning and fresh chives.
  4. For the Caprese slice: Layer tomato slices and basil, then drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  5. For the Cucumber Dill slice: Arrange cucumber slices over the cheese and garnish with fresh dill and black pepper.
  6. For the Honey Almond slice: Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with sliced almonds and cinnamon.
  7. For the Berry Mint slice: Top with fresh berries and garnish with mint leaves.
  8. For the Avocado Chili slice: Place avocado slices on top, then add chili flakes and a squeeze of lemon juice.
