Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey or plant-based protein powder
  • 1/2 cup non -fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add the almond milk, pumpkin puree, and Greek yogurt to a high-speed blender.
  2. Incorporate the protein powder, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and sweetener.
  3. Add the ice cubes to the blender jar.
  4. Secure the lid and blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds until the mixture reaches a smooth, creamy consistency.
  5. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
