  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Toss potato cubes with olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Place potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes, shaking the basket every 7 minutes until crispy and tender.
