Ingredients
  

  • 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 lemon , cut into wedges

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels to ensure a crispy texture.
  3. Brush each fillet evenly with olive oil.
  4. In a small bowl, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  5. Season the top of each salmon fillet generously with the spice mixture.
  6. Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.
  7. Air fry for 7 to 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
