Place the almond milk, apple juice, almond butter, and half of the dried apples in a high-speed blender.
Process for 30 seconds until the liquid base is completely smooth and emulsified.
In a sealable glass jar, combine the rolled oats, cinnamon, salt, and the remaining dried apples.
Pour the blended liquid base over the dry ingredients.
Stir thoroughly with a spoon until no dry pockets of oats remain.
Seal the container and refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours to allow for full hydration.
Serve chilled directly from the refrigerator; do not heat.
