Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats (MUSH Copycat)

Ingredients
  

  • 0.33 cup old -fashioned rolled oats
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons 100% apple juice
  • 0.5 tablespoon creamy raw almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped dried apples
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Method
 

  1. Place the almond milk, apple juice, almond butter, and half of the dried apples in a high-speed blender.
  2. Process for 30 seconds until the liquid base is completely smooth and emulsified.
  3. In a sealable glass jar, combine the rolled oats, cinnamon, salt, and the remaining dried apples.
  4. Pour the blended liquid base over the dry ingredients.
  5. Stir thoroughly with a spoon until no dry pockets of oats remain.
  6. Seal the container and refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours to allow for full hydration.
  7. Serve chilled directly from the refrigerator; do not heat.
