Method
- Drain the tuna thoroughly and place in a medium mixing bowl.
- Flake the tuna with a fork and incorporate the panko, eggs, green onions, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, and sriracha.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined and form into 8 equal-sized patties.
- Heat neutral oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Place patties in the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown and firm.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain before serving.
