Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to remove excess surface moisture.

Place chicken breasts in a single layer in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Coat the chicken evenly with olive oil on both sides.
Apply the seasoning blend uniformly over the entire surface of the meat.
Transfer to the center rack of the oven and bake for 18 to 22 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove from oven and allow the meat to rest for 5 minutes before serving to redistribute internal juices.
