Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 ripe banana , mashed
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 banana , sliced for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon crushed graham crackers

Method
 

  1. In a glass jar or airtight container, combine the mashed banana, rolled oats, chia seeds, and ground cinnamon.
  2. Add the almond milk, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract, stirring until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
  3. Seal the container and refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours, or overnight, to allow the oats to hydrate.
  4. Prior to serving, stir the mixture and top with fresh banana slices and crushed graham crackers for texture.
