In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
Scoop approximately 1.5 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls, placing them 1 inch apart on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Remove from the oven and brush each meatball generously with barbecue sauce.
Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to allow the sauce to caramelize.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
