In a small bowl, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch.
Cook ramen noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain and set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
Sear the beef slices until browned, approximately 2-3 minutes, then remove from the pan.
Heat the remaining oil in the same pan and add broccoli with a splash of water, steaming for 2 minutes.
Add garlic and ginger to the broccoli and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Return the beef and noodles to the pan.
Pour the sauce mixture over the ingredients and toss for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the mixture.
Remove from heat and stir in the toasted sesame oil before serving.
