Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup old -fashioned rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Method
 

  1. Add the rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and sea salt into a high-speed blender container.
  2. Process the mixture on high speed for approximately 30 to 45 seconds until the oats are fully pulverized and the liquid is completely smooth.
  3. Transfer the blended mixture into a 12-ounce glass jar or an airtight storage container.
  4. Secure the lid and place the container in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or ideally 8 hours for optimal hydration and setting.
  5. Remove from the refrigerator and whisk briefly before serving with optional fruit or nut toppings.
