- Combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a glass jar or airtight container.
- Stir the mixture thoroughly with a spoon to ensure even distribution of ingredients.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
- Seal the container with a lid and place it in the refrigerator.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight to allow the oats and chia seeds to hydrate.
- Remove from the refrigerator and stir once more before serving.
