Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup mil k
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a glass jar or airtight container.
  2. Stir the mixture thoroughly with a spoon to ensure even distribution of ingredients.
  3. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
  4. Seal the container with a lid and place it in the refrigerator.
  5. Refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight to allow the oats and chia seeds to hydrate.
  6. Remove from the refrigerator and stir once more before serving.
