Burger Bowls with Big Mac Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 teaspoon sal t
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced white onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced dill pickles
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnais e
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, smoked paprika, and onion powder. Whisk until smooth and refrigerate.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef.
  3. Season the beef with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Cook the beef for 7 to 9 minutes, breaking it into small crumbles with a spatula, until fully browned. Drain excess grease from the skillet.
  5. Assemble the bowls by placing 1 cup of shredded lettuce into four individual serving bowls.
  6. Divide the cooked ground beef evenly over the lettuce.
  7. Top each bowl with equal amounts of diced onion, sliced pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Drizzle the prepared sauce over the top of each bowl and serve immediately.
