Cook the beef while breaking it into small crumbles with a spatula until fully browned, approximately 8 to 10 minutes. Drain the excess fat.
Prepare four serving bowls by placing 1 cup of chopped romaine lettuce in the bottom of each.
Distribute the cooked ground beef evenly across the bowls.
Arrange cherry tomatoes, red onion, pickles, and cheddar cheese on top of the beef.
Drizzle each bowl with the prepared special sauce and serve immediately.
