Burger Bowls with Special Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 tsp sal t
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnais e
  • 2 tbsp sugar -free ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp dill pickle relish
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, paprika, and onion powder until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Cook the beef while breaking it into small crumbles with a spatula until fully browned, approximately 8 to 10 minutes. Drain the excess fat.
  4. Prepare four serving bowls by placing 1 cup of chopped romaine lettuce in the bottom of each.
  5. Distribute the cooked ground beef evenly across the bowls.
  6. Arrange cherry tomatoes, red onion, pickles, and cheddar cheese on top of the beef.
  7. Drizzle each bowl with the prepared special sauce and serve immediately.
