California Club Wraps

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 12 oz sliced deli turkey breast
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, crispy
  • 1 large Hass avocado, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato , seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnais e
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  2. Lay the tortillas flat and spread a thin layer of the sauce over the surface, leaving a 1-inch border.
  3. Layer sliced turkey, Swiss cheese, and bacon in the center of each tortilla.
  4. Top with avocado slices, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the vegetables.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom up to seal.
  7. Slice the wraps diagonally and serve.
