Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnais e
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon ketchu p
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and diced yellow onion until the meat is fully cooked and onions are translucent, approximately 8-10 minutes.
  2. Drain excess fat from the skillet and season the beef with salt and black pepper.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef, cover the skillet with a lid, and turn off the heat to allow the cheese to melt for 2 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, and pickle juice to create the burger sauce.
  5. Divide the shredded lettuce among four serving bowls.
  6. Top the lettuce with the cheeseburger meat mixture, cherry tomatoes, dill pickles, and red onion.
  7. Drizzle the prepared sauce over each bowl and serve immediately.
