Chicken Bacon Ranch Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 6 slices thick -cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 8 large butter lettuce leaves, rinsed and dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and quartered cherry tomatoes.
  2. Add the ranch dressing and black pepper to the bowl.
  3. Fold the ingredients together using a spatula until the chicken is thoroughly coated in dressing.
  4. Place the butter lettuce leaves on a clean work surface.
  5. Distribute the chicken mixture evenly among the eight lettuce leaves, placing approximately 1/4 cup in the center of each.
  6. Garnish the wraps with sliced green onions.
  7. Serve immediately to ensure the lettuce remains crisp.
