Chocolate Peanut Butter Ninja Creami Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 32 g chocolate whey protein powder
  • 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 pinch sal t

Method
 

  1. Combine almond milk, protein powder, powdered peanut butter, cocoa powder, xanthan gum, and salt in the Ninja Creami pint.
  2. Use a milk frother or whisk to mix until the dry ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Place the lid on the pint and freeze on a level surface for 24 hours.
  4. Remove the pint from the freezer and install it into the Ninja Creami outer bowl.
  5. Select the 'Lite Ice Cream' program and allow the cycle to finish.
  6. Create a hole in the center of the ice cream and add the creamy peanut butter.
  7. Select the 'Mix-In' program to incorporate the peanut butter.
