Clementine Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 4 whole clementines , peeled and segmented
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon hone y
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Peel the clementines and remove as much of the white pith as possible.
  2. Place the clementine segments, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract into a high-speed blender.
  3. Add the ice cubes to the blender carafé.
  4. Blend on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and emulsified.
  5. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
