- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 2-quart baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth.
- Add cottage cheese, shredded cheddar, flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and chives to the eggs and stir until thoroughly combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the top is golden and the center is set.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
