Method
 

  1. In a 16-ounce glass jar, combine the rolled oats and chia seeds.
  2. Incorporate the cottage cheese, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt into the jar.
  3. Stir the mixture with a spoon until the cottage cheese is evenly distributed and the oats are fully submerged.
  4. Secure the lid onto the jar and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours or up to 12 hours.
  5. Remove from refrigeration and stir once more before serving to ensure a consistent texture.
