Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup low -fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 10 slices mini pepperoni
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Place the cottage cheese into a microwave-safe bowl and stir in the garlic powder and dried oregano.
  2. Spread the marinara sauce in an even layer over the cottage cheese.
  3. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and arrange the pepperoni slices on top.
  4. Microwave on high for 60 to 90 seconds or until the mozzarella is fully melted and the cottage cheese is heated through.
  5. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and allow to sit for 1 minute before serving.
