Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and Parmesan cheese into a high-speed blender or food processor.
Blend the mixture until completely smooth and liquid in consistency.
Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it into a thin, even circle or rectangle approximately 1/4 inch thick.
Bake the crust for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is firm to the touch.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
Add desired toppings and return to the oven for 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted and toppings are heated through.
