Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 packet (28g) dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Place the cottage cheese into a high-speed blender or food processor.
  2. Process on high speed for approximately 45 seconds or until the texture is completely smooth and aerated.
  3. Transfer the whipped cottage cheese to a clean mixing bowl.
  4. Whisk in the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and lemon juice until the mixture is uniform.
  5. Fold in the minced chives.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to fully develop before serving.
