Creamy Tahini Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup hulled tahini
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 clove garlic , finely minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 4 tablespoons warm water

Method
 

  1. Combine tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup, minced garlic, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk the mixture vigorously until it forms a thick paste.
  3. Slowly stream in warm water one tablespoon at a time while whisking.
  4. Continue whisking until the emulsion is smooth and reaches a pourable consistency.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container.
