Cucumber Mint Infused Water

Ingredients
  

  • 1 liter cold filtered water
  • 1/2 large English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 10 -12 fresh mint leaves, lightly bruised
  • 1/2 lemon , sliced into rounds
  • Ice cubes for serving

Method
 

  1. Wash all produce thoroughly.
  2. Slice the cucumber and lemon into thin rounds.
  3. Place the cucumber slices, lemon rounds, and mint leaves into a large glass pitcher.
  4. Pour the filtered water over the ingredients.
  5. Stir gently to combine.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to infuse.
  7. Serve chilled over ice.
