Easy Bellini

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces white peach purée, chilled
  • 4 ounces Prosecco , chilled
  • 1 slice fresh peach for garnish

Method
 

  1. Pour the chilled peach purée into the bottom of a chilled champagne flute.
  2. Slowly add the chilled Prosecco to the flute, tilting the glass slightly to minimize excessive foaming.
  3. Gently stir the mixture with a long bar spoon once or twice to combine the ingredients while preserving carbonation.
  4. Garnish the rim of the glass with a fresh peach slice and serve immediately.
