Method
- Pour the chilled peach purée into the bottom of a chilled champagne flute.
- Slowly add the chilled Prosecco to the flute, tilting the glass slightly to minimize excessive foaming.
- Gently stir the mixture with a long bar spoon once or twice to combine the ingredients while preserving carbonation.
- Garnish the rim of the glass with a fresh peach slice and serve immediately.
