Method
- Bring 6 cups of water to a rolling boil in a large pot.
- Add 1 tablespoon of sea salt to the boiling water.
- Add the frozen edamame pods and cook for 5 minutes until tender and bright green.
- Drain the edamame thoroughly in a colander.
- Transfer pods to a serving bowl and sprinkle with flaky sea salt while hot.
