Easy Edamame

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz frozen edamame in pods
  • 6 cups wate r
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt for finishing

Method
 

  1. Bring 6 cups of water to a rolling boil in a large pot.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of sea salt to the boiling water.
  3. Add the frozen edamame pods and cook for 5 minutes until tender and bright green.
  4. Drain the edamame thoroughly in a colander.
  5. Transfer pods to a serving bowl and sprinkle with flaky sea salt while hot.
