Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups self -rising flour
  • 1 cup non -fat Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup extra flour for dusting

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (230 degrees Celsius).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt.
  3. Stir with a spatula until a shaggy dough begins to form.
  4. Transfer the dough to a clean, floured surface.
  5. Knead the dough by hand for approximately 5 to 8 minutes until it is smooth and no longer sticky.
  6. Roll the dough out into a 12-inch circle or your desired shape.
  7. Add desired toppings and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
