Easy Low Carb Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 4 cups broccoli florets, lightly steamed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp sal t
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  7. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
