Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon wate r

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg until evenly distributed.
  2. Stir in the almond butter, maple syrup, and chopped dried cranberries until a thick, sticky dough forms.
  3. If the mixture is too dry, add water one teaspoon at a time until the dough holds together when pressed.
  4. Portion the dough into 6 equal segments.
  5. Roll each segment firmly between your palms to form smooth spheres.
  6. Place the balls on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
