Frozen Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup creamy natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons hone y
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. Whisk the ingredients until the mixture is completely smooth and homogeneous.
  4. Use a tablespoon or small scoop to drop 12 even mounds of the mixture onto the prepared parchment paper.
  5. Press a few mini chocolate chips into the top of each mound.
  6. Place the tray in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours or until the bites are firm to the touch.
  7. Remove from parchment and store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to serve.
