Method
- Extract juice from fresh grapefruit until you have 0.5 cups.
- In a large glass, combine the grapefruit juice and raw apple cider vinegar.
- Add the honey or maple syrup and stir vigorously with a spoon or small whisk until the sweetener is completely dissolved.
- Add the filtered water to the glass and stir gently to combine the ingredients.
- Add ice cubes to the glass to chill.
- Dust the top with a pinch of ground cinnamon if desired and serve immediately.
