Grapefruit Apple Cider Vinegar Drink

Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 0.5 cup filtered water
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Extract juice from fresh grapefruit until you have 0.5 cups.
  2. In a large glass, combine the grapefruit juice and raw apple cider vinegar.
  3. Add the honey or maple syrup and stir vigorously with a spoon or small whisk until the sweetener is completely dissolved.
  4. Add the filtered water to the glass and stir gently to combine the ingredients.
  5. Add ice cubes to the glass to chill.
  6. Dust the top with a pinch of ground cinnamon if desired and serve immediately.
