Slice the banana into twelve rounds approximately 1/2-inch thick.
Thread one green grape onto a toothpick to represent the face of the Grinch.
Slide one banana slice onto the toothpick above the grape to form the white trim of the hat.
Place one strawberry, wide side down, onto the toothpick above the banana slice to serve as the red hat.
Add one mini marshmallow to the top of the toothpick to serve as the pom-pom of the hat.
Repeat the assembly process for the remaining 11 kabobs and serve immediately to prevent banana oxidation.
