Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles.
Add diced onion and garlic to the skillet, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Stir in taco seasoning, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes with chilies, and chicken broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Spread half of the crushed tortilla chips in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Pour the chicken mixture over the chips.
Top with the remaining tortilla chips and sprinkle evenly with shredded cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
