In a medium bowl, combine the blended cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Stir in the shredded chicken and 1/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a 1-quart oven-safe baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of mozzarella and the blue cheese over the top.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the dip is heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
Garnish with sliced green onions and serve warm.
