Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup celery , finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Fold in the shredded chicken breast, diced celery, and minced red onion.
  3. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated with the yogurt dressing.
  4. Garnish with fresh chives.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
