Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened light cream cheese and plain Greek yogurt until smooth.
Stir in the buffalo hot sauce and garlic powder until fully incorporated.
Fold in the shredded chicken breast and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a 9x9 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and blue cheese crumbles.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling at the edges.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
