Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 93% lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp sal t
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 4 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium avocado , sliced
  • 1/4 cup non -fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp sugar -free ketchup
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked and no longer pink, breaking it into small crumbles with a spatula.
  2. Season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, then drain any excess fat from the pan.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, yellow mustard, sugar-free ketchup, and sweet pickle relish to create the sauce.
  4. Divide the shredded romaine lettuce equally between two large serving bowls.
  5. Layer the seasoned beef, cherry tomatoes, red onion, pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese over the lettuce.
  6. Top each bowl with avocado slices and drizzle with the prepared Greek yogurt sauce immediately.
