Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lean ground beef (93/7)
  • 1 tsp sal t
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 4 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp sugar -free ketchup
  • 1 tsp pickle brine

Method
 

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the skillet.
  3. Cook the beef for 8 to 10 minutes, breaking it into small crumbles, until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mustard, ketchup, and pickle brine to create the protein-rich burger sauce.
  5. Divide the shredded romaine lettuce among four individual serving bowls.
  6. Top each lettuce base with the cooked beef, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and sliced pickles.
  7. Evenly distribute the shredded cheddar cheese over the warm beef to allow it to melt slightly.
  8. Drizzle the prepared sauce over each bowl and serve immediately.
