High Protein Crack Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Non -fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 oz Dry Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 6 slices Bacon , cooked and crumbled
  • 0.5 cup Green Onions, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Canned Sweet Corn, drained

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the non-fat Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning mix until the mixture is uniform and smooth.
  2. Fold in the shredded sharp cheddar cheese and the crumbled bacon bits.
  3. Incorporate the sliced green onions and the drained sweet corn into the mixture using a rubber spatula.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes to allow the dry seasonings to hydrate and flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled with high-protein crackers or fresh vegetable crudités.
