High Protein Dunkaroo Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Non -fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops Vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/4 cup Heat -treated all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Cake batter extract
  • 2 tablespoons Rainbow sprinkles
  • 1 tablespoon Stevia or preferred sweetener

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the non-fat plain Greek yogurt and vanilla whey protein powder until smooth.
  2. Stir in the heat-treated flour, sweetener, and cake batter extract until fully incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in 1.5 tablespoons of the rainbow sprinkles.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with the remaining sprinkles.
  5. Serve immediately with graham crackers or apple slices, or refrigerate for 30 minutes for a firmer texture.
