Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups low -fat cottage cheese
  • 2 large egg s
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the cottage cheese and eggs into a blender or food processor and process until completely smooth.
  3. Stir in the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into a rectangular shape approximately 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
  6. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes to firm up.
  7. Slice into strips using a pizza cutter or sharp knife and serve.
