High Protein Mixed Berry Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups non -fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup high -protein granola
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon hone y

Method
 

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the powder is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  2. Prepare the berries by washing, drying, and slicing the strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Layer 1/4 cup of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of two individual glass jars or bowls.
  4. Add a layer of mixed berries followed by a sprinkle of chia seeds over the yogurt.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt mixture and berries.
  6. Top each parfait with 1/4 cup of high-protein granola just before serving to maintain crunch.
  7. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for consumption within 24 hours.
