Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup non -fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/4 cup shelled roasted unsalted pistachios
  • 1/2 medium frozen banana
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Place the almond milk, Greek yogurt, and vanilla protein powder into a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the shelled pistachios, frozen banana, and almond extract to the liquid mixture.
  3. Add ice cubes to the blender jar.
  4. Secure the lid and blend on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until the consistency is smooth and the pistachios are fully pulverized.
  5. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
