Homemade Big Mac Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mayonnais e
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika

Method
 

  1. Combine mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, and yellow mustard in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk in the white wine vinegar until the liquid is fully incorporated.
  3. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and sweet paprika to the mixture.
  4. Whisk vigorously until the sauce is homogeneous and the spices are evenly distributed.
  5. Transfer the sauce to an airtight container.
  6. Refrigerate for a minimum of 60 minutes to allow the flavors to meld before serving.
