Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 6 slices thick -cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 large jalapenos , seeded and finely minced
  • 0.5 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.25 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 0.5 cup mayonnais e
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika, whisking until the mixture is completely smooth.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, minced jalapenos, shredded cheddar cheese, and green onions to the bowl.
  3. Using a large spatula, fold the ingredients into the dressing until all components are evenly distributed and the chicken is thoroughly coated.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning with kosher salt and black pepper as needed.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to integrate before serving.
  6. Serve chilled as a sandwich filling, on crackers, or within lettuce wraps.
