Method
- In a clean glass jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats and chia seeds.
- Pour the kefir over the dry ingredients.
- Add the honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
- Stir the mixture thoroughly until all dry ingredients are fully incorporated and no clumps remain.
- Seal the container and refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours or overnight to allow the oats to hydrate and the chia seeds to thicken.
- Stir the mixture before serving and garnish with preferred toppings such as fresh berries or nuts.
